Our booking form asks for your name, mobile number, business or shop name, city, state, business type, purpose of visit, preferred date and time, number of visitors and any notes you add. We also record an appointment ID and the time you submitted.

When you contact us

If you message us on WhatsApp, call or email, we receive whatever you choose to send, along with your number or email address.

When you browse

Browsing the catalogue does not require you to give us any personal details. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How We Use It

• To confirm and manage your showroom appointment
• To reply to wholesale enquiries and process orders
• To keep basic records of our business relationships

We do not sell, rent or share your information for marketing.

Where It Is Stored

Booking form submissions are received and stored by our website host, Netlify, and forwarded to us by email. Messages you send us stay within WhatsApp, your phone provider or email service.

To stop accidental double bookings, the booking page keeps your mobile number and submission time in your own browser for a few minutes. That stays on your device and is not sent to us separately.

Third-Party Services

Some pages use services from other companies, which may receive technical information such as your IP address under their own privacy policies:

• Google Maps — the showroom map on our booking and contact pages
• Google Fonts — the typefaces used on this site
• WhatsApp — when you tap a WhatsApp button, you continue in WhatsApp

This website does not process payments. Payments are made through your own bank or UPI app.

How Long We Keep It

We keep booking and enquiry details for as long as we need them to serve you and maintain our business records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
